All generated images and service content remain the property of Mapsy Studio. You are granted a limited license to use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes.

4. Token System

Tokens are virtual credits used to access our service. Tokens have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred. We reserve the right to modify token pricing and allocation at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mapsy Studio is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to generated image quality or service availability.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
